The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and the breakfast spread was delightful. Fresh coffee available 24/7 kept us energized for the day.

While the room was cozy, the shower could use some improvement, as the head was not adjustable and cleanliness could have been better.

This hotel has a fantastic pool area and super comfy beds. It was great having a gym to stay fit.

Exceptional staff and clean facilities

I had a pleasant stay with my family in a One-Bedroom Queen Suite. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our visit. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the entire hotel, from the lobby to our room. However, the check-in process could use some improvement, as it took longer than expected.

Had a great time with my friends at this hotel! We visited Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, which was a blast. The breakfast selection was impressive and our room was cozy and dark at night which made for fantastic sleep. The staff was welcoming and truly made us feel at home.

The shower head could use a good clean-up. When I mentioned it, I was told maintenance would check it, but nothing happened.
